The Aussie team pride ourselves on customer service and are happy to talk to you about any of your saddlery needs or horsey questions. We have Knowledgeable staff and we are a reputable saddlery with staff that have a good understanding of horse anatomy and riding disciplines. Four of our staff are expert and certified saddle fitters. We have a saddle fitting yard at the front of the store and offer ongoing aftersales purchase saddle fits as well as pre purchase fits. We also have a mobile saddle fitting van for those that cant get into store. Our team are able to provide expert advice on which products will best suit your needs. Our Great customer service provides excellent help with all your purchases and can help with returns, exchanges, and refunds, as well as offer responsive communication and helpful advice. Dressage, jumping, showing, eventing, polocrosse, polo, hunting or just pleasure riding. We do it, we understand it and we can help you with the best advice and the best gear.
Friendly advice and friendly service . We take the time to talk with you, to understand what you want, to provide a range of suggestions that might help and to provide friendly follow up helpful service.
Real Riders with a Passion for Horses Too!!
Sally McPherson currently rides FEI dressage having had more than 7 FEI horses that she has trained through the levels herself.
She is a qualified EA level 3 Dressage Coach and EA Level 2 General Coach. Sally is also an accredited Saddle Fitter with decades of experience in fitting all brands of saddles.
A past National Eventing winner and 3 day Eventer. A winner of Royal Championships in riding classes at both Melbourne and not that long ago Rider over 40 class winner at Sydney Royal. She also has Numerous wins and places in the Hunter Hack and Jumping classes at Melbourne Royal.
However Team Penning and Polo crosse have also been in her repertoire! Experience of enjoying horses and working with people to help them on their journey is her passion.
All our staff are riders who understand how important your horse is to you. They can help with great advice, suggestions and assistance.
Cody McPherson . He competes regularly as a showjumper and eventer with his horse Ritz all over NSW. They recently competed at Sydney Royal Easter Show in the A grade Pony Club show jumping teams event. Cody has represented NSW at National level and placed numerous times. 2023 Cody placed in the National Interschools and Working Hunter competitions. His gear is all from Aussie Saddlery

Tiffany our store manager.
Tiffany has been involved in the horse industry riding and competing for over 30 years. Her passion for coloured horses and in particular, a love for palominos has seen her compete with them incredibly successfully at Royal, state and national Level. She has had much success with her horses in both in hand and ridden classes.
She has started all her horses from youngsters and so is well aware of the long road from young horse to top Competition level. Her horses have been produced from yearlings and include royal show champions in both hand and under saddle and horse of the year titles.
Tiffany is a fully certified and qualified Saddle Fitter, gaining the highest % of her course. She is also a certified panel judge with NSW Palomino Society with experience in judging throughout NSW with a variety of breed horses.
Tiffany has been with Aussie Saddlery for over 10 years working both in store and out saddle fitting.

Cassie
Cassie is a qualified brand specialist saddle fitter and has been with the team for 8 years . Minus maternity leave! She is a passionate rider and especially loves working with Off the track Thoroughbreds and reschooling them. Mum life has slowed the competition scene but she still rides regularly. She is a true lover of animals.
Victoria is our Assistant Manager member of the team. She competes regularly in eventing, show jumping and dressage and has many years of experience riding in pony club at State and National Level.
A qualified brand specialist saddle fitter her knowledge is second to none. Her patience for explaining and teaching are highlighted when you are looking at saddles . She will help you through the process of deciding which saddle will best suit you and your horse. Her knowledge of gear and especially Pony club and EA rules certainly comes in handy also when deciding the correct bit and bit fitting for your horse.
Victoria has competed at Local, State and National level competitions with great success.
She went through Pony club herself gaining the coveted A certificate for her knowledge and horse competencies.
